You can pay your bill by mail to PO Box 726 Houlton, ME 04730 or deliver it in person to our 21 Bangor Street office. If you make a partial payment, we will apply it to the oldest balance. We will charge a late fee on overdue accounts.
If you are having troubles meeting your payment obligations please contact our customer service personnel immediately and they will discuss flexible payment arrangements with you to help you through the difficult times. Remember, the sooner you contact us the quicker we can begin to help you.
Low income customers may qualify for financial assistance. Our customer service people can provide you guidance and information.
Night Deposit Box
After hours payments can be made in our night deposit box, which is located on the right side of our front entrance on Bangor street. Envelopes are available at the deposit box.
