Please Note
Our standard offer contract ends as of March 31, 2024. For overhead service, HWC furnishes, installs and maintains the service conductors to the customer’s point of delivery or attachment. The customer is responsible for all wiring from the point of attachment to the building and into and including the building’s internal wiring.
Mobile homes are required to have a trailer pole furnished, installed and owned by HWC for a flat fee. HWC furnishes, installs and maintains conductors to the top of the pole.
For underground service, HWC furnishes, installs and maintains service conductors to a pole on a customer’s property, after which it is the customer’s responsibility to furnish, install and maintain the underground portion.
